Who we are

This website, the Senior Golfer Pathway guide and the Shoot Your Age members’ site are operated by Designer Golf Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”), an Australian company. You can contact us at support@designergolf.com.

Using this site

The content on this site and in our guides is general golf coaching and fitness information. It is not medical advice. Check with your doctor before starting any new exercise or conditioning programme, especially if you have an injury or a medical condition.

Membership

Shoot Your Age membership is sold in two forms. Monthly membership is billed in advance each month in Australian dollars and can be cancelled at any time from your account or by emailing us; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for and no further charges are made. One-payment membership is a single payment for ongoing access to the members’ site for as long as we operate it, with no further charges.

Membership is personal to you. Please do not share your login. We may change the content of the members’ site over time, and we may close it, in which case we will give members reasonable notice by email.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details. If something has gone wrong with a purchase, email us within 14 days and we will put it right. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Content and copyright

All content on this site, in the guide and in the members’ site is owned by or licensed to Designer Golf Pty Ltd. You may use it for your own golf. You may not copy, republish or resell it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or injury arising from your use of the information on this site or in our programmes. Golf and exercise carry risk; you take part at your own responsibility.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
